The team at Madison Smooth Moves stepped in, at last minute, at their own inconvenience to save my belongings and get me moved safely when another moving company screwed up and refused to make it right. If you're looking for an honest company with integrity, these are the good guys.

This company was extremely reasonably priced, which is a huge perk. One of the two guys I got was super friendly and flexible. He told me he would rearrange anything that wasn't where I wanted it, and he offered to take things I didn't want out to the curb for me which I did not ask for or expect. I will definitely use them again next time I move!

The moving team from Madison Smooth Moves did an excellent job. The movers were professional, friendly, very hard working, and efficient. They were careful but did not waste any time which is important when billing by the hour. This was the best moving experience I have ever had, and given my 67 years, that means a lot!

Madison Smooth Moves was fantastic! Communication via phone/email was great. They completed the job within their anticipated time range, and safely moved all of our belongings. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone looking to make a move in Madison!

Efficient and very nice!

Smooth Moves were amazingly efficient and helpful during my complicated move in 90 + degree heat. They came after the usual working hours to meet my schedule in loading the truck. The next morning they met me at my new place to unload and put everything where I needed it. Highly recommend, especially if you are renting a truck and just hiring the labor.

Madison Smooth Moves is the best, hands down the most professional, friendly, and hardworking movers in the area. I would recommend them.

My boyfriend & I just moved and we called Madison Smooth Moves to help us out. They called us back right away and made sure that they were able to help us on the day we needed. On moving day, Kye (hopefully that’s spelled right) & Anthony made sure to let us know of their arrival time and started moving stuff right away. They were extremely professional and ended up finishing 4 hours before the estimated finish time! I recommend this company if you need movers!

I cannot say enough good things about Brady and Madison Smooth Moves! I chose them to move my wife and I 16 hours half way across the country and it couldn’t have been an easier experience! I have had terrible moving experiences in the past and I have now seen what an A++ moving service looks like. When Brady, the owner, came to verify the load and create a quote for my wife and I, he thoroughly went over what the process would look like and all the legal policies that would protect both us and him throughout the move.

Madison Smooth Moves wasn’t the cheapest quote but also wasn’t the most expensive either. To be transparent, the Madison Smooth Moves quote was a nominal amount more than the cheapest reputable quote I received from another legitimate moving company. With that being said, I am more than happy with what we paid for the service we received. While all other major moving companies would have put us on a load with multiple other moves or freight, Madison Smooth Moves offered a service where we would be the only load on their truck.

When it came to moving day, Eli called and gave us a 30 minute heads up to prepare for their arrival. We had Sam and Eli arrive 10 minutes early and they got to work! They work as a full service mover so anything that was fragile, wood, or bulky, they made sure to wrap and protect! The truck was packed so well that I had no doubt that anything would move during the 16 hour trip across the country. Brady and Sam made it to our new city on time and communicated throughout the whole duration.

Upon arrival, the truck was opened and I was able to see that not a single thing had moved during their trip and boy, was I surprised. They traveled over multiple mountains, climbing 3000+ feet above sea level at times! Both ascent and descent of the mountains are gnarly, which I can vouch for, as I drove a similar way to get to the destination. Brady and Sam unloaded the truck in record time without causing as much as a scratch to the wall in my new home. They put the boxes where they belonged and asked questions if they didn’t know where we wanted something.

Brady, Sam, and Eli were amazing to work with. They were friendly, positive, and maintained an attention to detail that is second to none. It’s not often you find an owner of a company who is as hands on with the business as Brady is and I am so thankful I did my due diligence to find Madison Smooth Moves. Brady is an honest guy who goes out of his way to give you a great experience. It’s too bad I moved across the country because he is absolutely the type of person I would befriend!

Highly recommend these guys for your move. Super easy to get a quote, very professional when speaking with them, and they moved my stuff quickly with no damage despite several large and unwieldy items. And the best part? They were $40-50 less an hour than the other quotes I received. Can't say enough good things about this company.

Great Customer service from beginning to end. I had a quote from a local competitor for my move from WI to IL. Brady blew the other guys’ quote out of the water. Gave a fair estimate immediately, no negotiation needed. They were punctual, professional and transparent throughout the whole move. They took good care of every item, wrapping everything individually, avoided stacking things and delivered all of it without a problem. If you’re moving locally or between states, Madison Smooth Moves should be your first choice. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Big shoutout to Eli too!!!

Just moved from WI to MI and Madison Smooth Moves was awesome! They were very responsive from the very first contact for a quote up to and including the actual move. Kyle and Anthony were professional yet friendly and efficient yet patient. Bonus was their kindness to my small dog during a stressful time! Would absolutely recommend!

Moved from WI to MN with crazy hot weather (100 degrees) and they did an excellent job. Communicated well, packed and unloaded efficiently, and were very friendly with our puppy! Always had a smile on their faces even in the heat. Quote was lowest in Madison area too. Highly recommend!

Just got moved. They were friendly, Efficient and careful! 10/10 recommend. Estimate was for 3-4 hours. The actual work was done in 2.8 hours!!!! The hourly price of this company cannot be beat either! Amazing! They were also friendly with my dog and said hi! Solid bonus to being pet friendly.

We were a little worried about time efficiency because it was an hourly fee…but Kyle and Drew were wonderfully professional and very quick at moving us out of our two apartments into one. They loved saying hi to our big dog, which was a plus. Definitely recommend!
