I never received the refund they are claming to have processed. Never received a call after the voicemail stating they couldnt do the move even though i left voicemails and e-mails requesting them to do so.

Few things I want to point out.

I had them booked for my move for over a month. At 6pm the day before the move I got a message from Anthony that the move cant happen but they got someone to take care of us. Our move was scheduled for them to show up between noon and 2pm.
The new mover called and said they can only do it if they show up between 8am - 815am. I had been planning on using the morning to pull things out of storage to go with the move. No longer had that time.
New mover also charged more per person per hour to do the move.
I have tried calling several times sense my move happened to get reimbursed my downpayment for them to do the move and have heard nothing back.
Not only did I end up paying more for the workers, more because I had to get a cargo van to move my storage unit in the basment (new mover wanted to charge extra to do stairs in an appartment complex) but the downpayment didnt go towards the final invoice because they didnt do the job.
While the person who did the move did a good job, I would've wanted the quote that we had agreed to, to be honored.
Had I heard back and been reimbursed (bare minimum deposit) I would've been fine with the outcome. Due to the lack of responding to my several messages I wont be able to recommend this mover to anyone looking to move.

Hello and thank you for your feedback. Yes, sometimes we do have to reschedule a move or find someone else to take care of a customer. This is rare, but it does happen. We are sorry to hear that this caused additional frustration and are surprised to hear about your deposit. According to our records, the deposit was processed (can take a week or two) the moment we had to re schedule the job and a voicemail was left advising of that fact. Yes, we did have to re schedule due to an internal issue; however your refund was processed and communicated the same day. Thank you again for the feedback and enjoy the new place.

This company is beyond shady ,they are doing unethical act's of misleading and price gouging be careful and when the sales person gives you an estimate of 5 hours and its 12 and they charge you double hourly rate don't be shocked ,t

Hello and thank you for your feedback. Estimates are based off the inventory and information provided by the customer. When we arrive to a location and the inventory is up to 2x what we were advised by the customer, we have two options... Bring more man power and another truck (at obvious additional expenses) to make sure the customer is taken care of, or just walk away because we were not provided an accurate inventory list. It seems like either solution in this case would have resulted in a negative review. No scam here, just a company going above and beyond to finish the job while expecting to be paid for the extra labor that was needed. Additionally, this specific move was provided a discount (one man for free) to help with expenses. Hopefully that was taken in to consideration as well. Thank you again.

Lorenzo and Anthony were fast, efficient and kind! They got an estimated 2 hours of work done in 90 minutes. No damage, and took the time to straighten and adjust as I needed. Highly recommend.

They were scheduled to do my move and a nonrefundable deposit was placed so if I canceled they would get paid for their time. 6pm day before the move I got a message that they couldn't do our move due to an injury on a job, but they had another moving company that would help us out. Got charged more (per person per hour) from the new moving company and had less time to prepare. They had to come between 8-815 when I was originally scheduled for noon - 2p. While I'm grateful the move still happened the day we wanted it done, I requested my downpayment back as I didnt cancel and the other didnt discount me the deposit. After several messages, I've still heard nothing back. Ended up costing me more than it would've to just book with someone else. Feel swindled/scammed by this company. Use someone else.

DONT WALK, RUN AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY

I am gonna speak my truth, Everything they say during their estimation is utter LIES. I have moved inter state, they agreed for packing and moving. What happened is utter chaos, they BROKE, not one but multiple things, DAMAGED the walls and floors. I have moved multiple times during the last 7 years and this is WORST move and horrible horrible company. I even offered to get insurance, they suggested not to, I should have thought something fishy with this Company at that time.

They say all LIES to you and when you require about the damages, they say we misheard.

Hope this review PROTECTS other people from making the same mistake we did by believing this moving company.

List of things they broke:

1. They BROKE my expensive bed room set mirror and scratched most of the frame. They LOST the screws of the bed and wires of the adjustable base(even though I asked to pack, they told
Me they are gonna pack), hence the master bedroom not being set up properly after being moved into new place after 10 days.

2. They TORE my mattress on the bottom and made it dirty, they told me they are gonna cover the mattress but they didn’t

3. BROKE my dresser completely.

4. DIDNT LABEL any of our boxes when they packed and it was utter chaos WEN WE UNPACKED.

5. They bumped into WALLS and put a DENT in it.

6. SCRATCHED the wooden floors.

7. Worst part is they charge a LOT OF MONEY, ideally we didn’t want any of this mishaps to happen that’s why we agreed to pay.

8. Biggest LIE is that they told me that the same movers will be there to take
Care of moving and unmoving at both locations and they surprised us in the last minute with some stupid reason that they will be sending difference movers to different locations. Half of the mishaps won’t have happened if we had same movers doing the loading and unloading. When we called, they mentioned that we misheard.

9. BROKE my side table

10. Didn’t set up my TV and secondary bed properly.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, they have multiple locations, seems like most of their good reviews are FAKE or written by some family members/friends. Hope this helps.

All the ONE STAR reviews posted about this company are TRUE, wish I took them Seriously before booking them. If anyone dares to pick them Make sure to put EVERYTHING IN WRITING before signing the contract and get the best insurance you can because with these movers there is 200% guarantee they will BREAK something. Jordan, Ant, and Clayton were incredible. They were efficient, careful, and incredibly nice! They did such a great job moving my mom’s belongings into storage, and they noticeably treated everything with care and respect.

I know moving is not something that people generally look forward to, but I definitely can’t wait to use Busy B’s again in the future. You guys really make moving *so* much easier.

We hired Busy B’s to move an upright piano locally. Not only did they have the best price, Anthony was very helpful and friendly each time I spoke to him. I felt like he valued our business even though it wasn’t a big move. The move itself was very smooth, the piano was well-protected and arrived in perfect condition. The men who did the heavy lifting were also friendly and very helpful when we found the piano didn’t fit where we thought it would go. I highly recommend checking them out for your next move.
