Installation instructions
- 1. Click on Copy to clipboard button.
- 2. Open Gmail
- 3. In the top right, click Settings > See all settings.
- 4. Paste your signature (Ctrl+V or Command+V) into the "Signature" section.
- 5. At the bottom of the page, click Save Changes.
- 1. Click on Copy to clipboard button.
- 2. Open Outlook.
- 3. Settings > Mail > Compose and reply > Signature
- 4. Click New and give name to your signature.
- 5. Click the + icon to add a new signature.
- 6. Mac: Paste your signature into the Signature box (Ctrl+V or Command+V), click on the clipboard that popped-up and select Keep Source Formatting pasting option and press OK.
Windows: Right click the Edit Signature box and choose Keep Source Formatting pasting option and press OK.
- 1. Click on Copy to clipboard button.
- 2. Open the Microsoft Post.
- 3. In bottom left Settings > Signature
- 4. Paste the copied signature to the text box (Ctrl+V or Command+V), then save it.
- 1. Click on Copy to clipboard button.
- 2. In Apple Mail Click on Preferences mac-command (or choose Mail > Settings > Signatures). Choose Google to add the signature to all accounts OR choose a specific account. Click the + icon to add a new signature and give it a name.
- 3. Uncheck the box “Always match my default message font”. Paste your signature into the Edit Signature box (Ctrl+V or Command+V).
- 4. Important: When you Paste your signature, it may look like a blank image with wrong text. It's OK. Compose a new email to see your new signature.

- 2. Open Yahoo
- 3. In the top right, click Settings > More Settings > Writing emails > Signature
- 4. Click checkbox button opposite your email and paste the signature (Ctrl+V or Command+V) into text area.
- 1. Click on Copy to clipboard button.
- 2. Within Thunderbird click Tools > Account Settings, and then, in the left panel, select the account for which you want to create a signature.
- 3. Check the "Use HTML" option and Paste your signature (Ctrl+V or Command+V).
- 1. Click on Copy to clipboard button.
- 2. Go to your Settings on your iPhone/iPad > Mail > Signature.
- 3. Paste your rich HTML signature. When you paste in the copied signature iOS will automatically strip it of formatting.
- 4. Tap Undo.
- 5. You should see your new signature when you compose a new message on your iPhone/iPad now. Go back to the Mail app and try sending an email from the account that you installed the signature on.
- 1. Click on Copy to clipboard button.
- 2. Go to Office365 or Outlook.com.
- 3. In the top right, click Settings > View full settings.
- 4. Go to Mail > Compose and reply.
- 5. Choose "Compose messages in HTML format" in the "Message format" section.
- 6. Paste your signature (Ctrl+V or Command+V) into the "Email signature" section.
- 7. Click "Save" button.
- 1. Click on Copy to clipboard button.
- 2. Within Roundcube, go to your SETTINGS in the top right hand corner, then click on IDENTITIES.
- 3. There is usually a default identity already in place, but you can also create a new one by the plus sign. If you are creating a new one, make sure it's correct. To use an identity, please click on SET DEFAULT.
- 4. In order to use the signature, make sure that your COMPOSING MESSAGES is set to ALWAYS for composing HTML. You can set it in SETTINGS > PREFERENCES > COMPOSING MESSAGES, and click on "Always" for the Compose HTML messages, then SAVE changes.
- 5. Next, click on HTML Signature. In order to add HTML, click on HTML in the toolbar of the editor, then add your rich HTML signature code.
- 6. Click on UPDATE to save your HTML code.
- 7. You can also preview your HTML signature before saving. If everything is fine, you can save your changes with the SAVE button.
